Our satisfaction guarantee and return policy.   My handweaving is created with pride in the quality of the fibers used and the craftsmanship of the item.  I am confident that the quality of my handwoven items will meet or exceed your expectations.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and I will offer an exchange or refund within 2 weeks of receipt or an item.  Please contact me via email at rosedusttapestries@gmail.com   to initiate an exchange or refund.

Within the United States please return an item via USPS priority mail.   Shipping charges will be deducted from the amount of a refund.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
